What is body motion ?

The foundation of "INERTIE BODY MOTION" is rooted in my enthusiasm for physical training and my fascination with the infinite possibilities of body movement. I offer individual and group classes in aerial yoga and body workout. All of my classes consist of low impact exercises designed to improve agility, posture and muscle toning. In addition to being fun, engaging and creative, my classes help reduce muscle tension and imbalances that occur with the physical and emotional stress we are often exposed.

 

How we approach Training ?

The human body is a beautiful and complex being composed of a variety of systems working together.  That is why we need different approaches to keep it healthy.  I believe the following practices provide the strength and restorative energy needed to stay healthy and pain free over the long term.

  • Core training & stabilization

  • Balance & coordination

  • Strengthening of postural muscle

  • Lengthening & relaxation

  • Inversions & torsion

  • Suspension training

  • New skills learning

Participants in my classes come from all age groups and professional backgrounds, each with a unique body and experience. That is why I have developed training programs that can easily be adapted to your own needs and skill level.  For athletes and performing artists, my programs are brilliant to ease the body into more challenging training and are therefore a good complement to physical preparation or rehabilitation.
